Please see attached quote for the repairs to the section of the planter that is leaking into the fourth floor 
 Here are the answers to the questions on the Proposal criteria & Information: Without opening the Pandora's box lol

2.  Experience: work such as this I do them myself, i have been a commercial roofer for close to twenty years , and well experienced with gardens and planters and how they should be repaired and get a new two ply Torch-On Roof membrane, in business for the past twelve years and A+ member of BBA
3. Description of the work; 
south section of the bigger planter: 
 Once the strata has removed all dirt and landscaping, we will come in, remove the old membrane , apply a new two ply torch-on , more details inside the quote .
4. COST : We are calculating the cost of a project. We don't go back on our word , especially for something this small, unless there's something really ridiculous going on  once the landscaping is removed , for example if there is a serious issue with the concrete and it needs immediate attention. In that case i let the owner know so they deal with it, we are a roofing company first and foremost.
5.Warranty: in this case there are way too many variables that  to give a warranty on  the work. Non the less, we have included two year warranty on the workmanship, if the leak comes back, strata must remove the dirt and landscaping and give us access to our work , to  check the membrane so we can see if the work has failed, we will fix it labor & material included. Other than that , all cost associated with the leak return is the responsibility of the strata .So many things in this building can cause a leak !!!!
6. Assumptions; we are repairing the corner where the leak is happening inside  fourth floor, we will do our due diligence and beef up our  repairs , we beyond what is usually quoted , just to make sure this leak stops.. We assume nothing.Not now , not in the future.
7.Fourth Floor Leak : Yes, our work , quote pertains to that leak.
8.Fences: no, we have nothing to do with perimeter fences
9.Other info: the existing membrane is over frothy years old, do expect it to fail, do think about replacing it at the least, a small chunk at a time. You can always add actual drains even if the whole garden has a new membrane, but that's  for another day !
10. Presentation at GM ; Yes we can come explain the quote and answer all questions at your owners meeting, there will be a flat rate that we charge  375$
